Cancellations | For cancellations or rescheduling, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a 25% late-cancellation fee.

 

Home Staging / Business Staging | The business/home must be ready to be captured when the videographer/photographer arrives. The videographer/photographer cannot wait while items are rearranged or stylized, this needs to be done before the shoot. Please give your client our "Preparing for the shoot" PDF for our recommendations.

 

Booking Agreement | After the final video is complete, each video that is ordered will come with one round of revisions for any necessary edits. Anything 2 drafts or more will be an extra cost of $70 plus tax per edit. All prices are subjected to change at our discretion based on the scope of the work and any further changes that may occur. Videos where shots were missed but not specified on the order form and needed to be reshot are subject to extra costs. If It was specified on the order form, then we are at fault and will reshoot at no extra costs. WayUp Media reserves the right to cancel any scheduled and confirmed shoot at any time. You will be notified immediately and the cancelled shoot will be rescheduled.

 

Payment Policy | All videos will be signed off and approved through a private YouTube link. Invoices may be sent once filming is completed. Because of our quick turnaround time, this helps keep the process quick and easy. Once this process is completed and the video/content is approved, the video or files of the content will not be given to the customer until payment is made.
